- He has over 15 years of experience supporting multi-national energy, hospitality, pharmaceutical manufacturing in HR Operations, Strategy and Transformation.
- He has extensive experience delivering projects in the Americas, the Arabian Gulf, and Europe.
- Prior to joining EikonX, he was the Vice President of HR for Conquest Completion Services, LLC, and Global Head of HR for Consulting and Project Management and Testing and Subsea product lines for Halliburton.
- Eric received his BBA from Baylor University and his MSc in HR from Texas A&M
