Who we are

We are a global consulting, recruiting and operations firm, born from a vision to help clients focus on their core business with us as partners to design, build and run non-core functions. As former corporate leaders, we’ve been in your shoes. We understand better than anyone the distractions, requirements and realities involved in driving change into a corporate environment. We have all the talent, experience, expertise, and capabilities as the big box consulting companies, but without the big company overhead. That deeper, direct experience means we develop and deliver bespoke solutions faster, at a more competitive cost, generating a higher return on investment with less risk.

Our Expert Team

Eric Fuller | CEO, Managing Director

He has over 15 years of experience supporting multi-national energy, hospitality, pharmaceutical manufacturing in HR Operations, Strategy and Transformation.
He has extensive experience delivering projects in the Americas, the Arabian Gulf, and Europe.
Prior to joining Eikon-X, he was the Vice President of HR for Conquest Completion Services, LLC, and Global Head of HR for Consulting and Project Management and Testing and Subsea product lines for Halliburton.
Eric received his BBA from Baylor University and his MSc in HR from Texas A&M
